** ถ้าเราสังเกตุดูจากภาพยนตร์นั้นจะเห็นได้ว่า ส่วนมากนั้น Colin Firth มักจะรับเล่นหนังของอังกฤษซะเป็นส่วนใหญ่ และส่วนมากเป็นหนังที่ทุนไม่สูงมากนักซึ่งทำให้เขาได้พิสูจน์การแสดงในบทบาทใหม่ๆอยู่ตลอดเวลา แต่ถึงจะรับเล่นหนังของทางฝากอังกฤษเป็นส่วนใหญ่แต่ก็ไม่ใช่ว่าจะไม่รับงานทางฝั่งอเมริกาซะทีเดียว ซึ่งในปีหลังๆนี้จะเห็นได้จาก Then She Found Me ซึ่งเป็นหนังของ Helen Hunt , The Accidental Husband ซึ่งถ่ายทำที่ New York ร่วมกับ Uma Turman และก่อนหน้านั้นก็มีหนังของ Atom Egoyan:Where The Truth Lies ซึ่งก็ประสบความสำเร็จอยู่พอตัว ซึ่งถ้าอ่านรายชื่อหนังมาทั้งหมดทั้งมวลแล้วเราก็จะเห็นว่า Colin Firth เล่นมาแทบจะทุกบทบาทแล้ว แต่มีอยู่บทบาทนึงที่อยากเห็นมากซึ่งเขาไม่ได้แสดงบ่อยนักหรือแทบจะไม่มีโอกาสเลยก็คือ Action อยากเห็นColin สลัดคราบหนุ่มหมาดนิ่งมาลองบทบู๊ดูบ้าง เปลี่ยนจากถือกระเป๋าเอกสารมาถือปืนอีกสักครั้งหลังจากที่เคยรับบทเป็นมือปืนในเรื่อง Wing Of Fame มาแล้ว คงจะมันส์น่าดู!!
